Thank you to all our donors and volunteers who helped give a happy Christmas to more than 1,400 children and their parents and carers at the 2009 Variety WA Kids Christmas Party! 

Held on Saturday 5 December and hosted by Channel Nine’s Matt Tinney, the Variety WA Kids Christmas Party saw the Silver Jubilee and Robinson Pavilions at Claremont Showground transformed into a Christmas wonderland – with bouncy castles and rides, a baby animal farm, face painting and much more! 

Special guest of honour was Santa, who was on hand to help give out presents for every child alongside our Variety Volunteers.

Generously sponsored by major partner, the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation, the 2009 Christmas party was the biggest ever and offered many families a welcome respite from the day to day routine of caring for a child who is sick, disadvantaged or has special needs.
