The Variety Bash Support Crew comprises a whole team of mechanical experts, whose main job is to keep you rolling.
Several fully equipped four wheel drive vehicles, commonly known as mobile workshops, are on hand each day to assist you in times of need. Each evening, after a day spent repairing broken down vehicles on the side of the road, our dedicated crew work through the night to ensure that our fleet is mobile in time for the start. If the damage is terminal, our crew will effect temporary repairs or tow you to the nearest town or facility where the more serious repairs can be organised.
You can relax knowing our experienced medical personnel, including a doctor and nurse, are on call at all times and our eye catching 40ft shipping container mounted behind a prime mover is also available to carry a reasonable quantity of your personal gear thanks to the generous support of K&S Freighters (formally Brookes Transport).
